About

Since the age of 11, a National Geographic map of Alaska has hung on my bedroom wall; by the age of 16, I knew I wanted to work for the Park or Forest Service; and by 17, I knew I wanted to work for Denali National Park. I’m now a GIS Specialist and licensed FAA remote aircraft pilot for the National Park Service in Alaska. I am also an instrument rated commercial fixed wing pilot and fly a Piper Super Cub in my personal time.

I created this website to share many of the products I generate – either as cartographic products or from my aerial escapades. All photos and thoughts are mine and do not represent those of my employer.

Nothing a little packing tape can’t fix: Twenty-five years old and still going strong.
